Refund Policy

1. 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MapFirms, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. You do not need to give a reason. This guarantee applies both to the first purchase and to every yearly renewal payment. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including taxes; nothing is deducted.

2. How to request a refund

• At https://paddle.net, find your order with the e-mail address you used for the purchase and request a refund; or
• write to destek@mapfirms.com, stating the e-mail address you used for the purchase or the order number on your Paddle receipt.

The Merchant of Record for our orders is Paddle.com; the refund is made by Paddle to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. After the refund

When a refund is made, the related subscription ends and the program returns to the free version. The data on your computer is not deleted; you can continue to view and export it.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt e-mails, at https://paddle.net or by writing to destek@mapfirms.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you continue to use the full version until the end of the period already paid for. If you also ask for a refund when you cancel within 30 days of a payment, the full amount is refunded.

5. Your statutory withdrawal rights are not affected

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts (usually 14 days) under the law of Türkiye, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain other countries. These rights are preserved under the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and the Paddle Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy); you can also withdraw online through the Paddle customer portal. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to these rights and does not limit them; you may rely on whichever is more favourable to you.
